Wi-Fi compatibility, external microphone input and a faster image processor headline the upgrades on GoPro's new HD Hero 2. A new 11-megapixel sensor, coupled with a redesigned wide-angle lens, is claimed to double image detail and improve capability in low light, while a new setting of 120 frames per second at 848x480 pixels opens up the possibility of slow-motion work.A further nod to the increasing numbers of professional filmmakers using GoPro cameras is the new microphone input. This will allow users to improve sound capture dramatically through the use of an external microphone.
Additional Wi-Fi products are due for release soon that will allow users to control their cameras remotely and even stream content directly onto the Internet. The new GoPro HD Hero 2 is not cheap, but what do you expect from a quality product..... Interested in the new GoPro HD Hero 2? Look here for the latest price and information: GoPro HD Hero 2 camera
